Join Platform 6 Development Co-operative as a member and be part of a growing community of co-operative development practice.

For as little as £5 a month, you can:

• Contribute to and co-manage our fund for co-operative development.
• Share resources, network and trade with other co-operatives.
• Co-create new initiatives to grow the co-operative economy.
• Play an active role in the governance and development of the co-operative.

Before you apply for membership you should read and be comfortable with our membership agreement (the terms and conditions of membership essentially), our privacy policy, and of course the current governing document of the co-operative.

Fees

We've set out minimum membership fees. The minimum fees enable us to keep the lights on. We've adopted a pay-what-you-feel approach, so if you are able to make a larger contribution, this is very welcome, and will enable us to accelerate the project. Currently the minimum membership fee for an individual is £5 per month (or £15 per quarter, or £50 per year). We also welcome organisations into membership, and our current minimum fee for an organisational membership is £120 per year.

For individuals and organisations able to pay the membership fee via direct debit from a UK sterling account, apply for membership here (we use GoCardless to handle direct debits).

We are also keen to welcome members from outside the UK, or who may prefer not to set up a direct debit. You can join Platform 6 by contributing to our Open Collective.

In addition, any group that sets up a collective using our fiscal host service on Open Collective is eligible for membership of Platform 6. We actively encourage these collectives to join.
